# How to approve our partner request?

We send the request to fix issue/do customization for you. Kindly let us know once you approve the request.

1. Click the notification icon on the upper right, you will see an alert notify that we sent you a collaborator request.

2. If you don't see the notification, you can go to **Settings** in your Shopify admin

Depending on your Shopify plan/interface:

* You may see **Users** → click it.
* Or you may see **Users and permissions** → click it instead.

3. In the **Users / Users and permissions** section, you will see "BLOOP Referral Affiliate (Support)" request a collab access. Click on it.

3. We already ticked the permissions we needed. So you just need to click "Accept request".

To see the permissions we’re requesting:

* If you’re in **Users and permissions**, you’ll see the requested permissions listed directly.
* If you’re in **Users**, click **Edit permissions** to review them
